1 · Who you are contracting with

2 · Research use only
All materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, foods or medical devices, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition. They are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals.
We publish material identity, format and analytical data only. We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol guidance, and we make no representation that any material is suitable for a particular purpose. Determining suitability, handling and containment is the responsibility of the purchaser and their institution.
You accept these conditions expressly at checkout, and your acceptance is recorded with the order.
3 · Who may order
Orders may be placed only by purchasers aged [AGE] or over, ordering for a lawful research purpose, and shipping to an address in the United States. By ordering you confirm that you are qualified to handle research materials safely and that doing so complies with the rules of your institution and with all applicable federal, state and local law.

4 · Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when payment is authorised. Where a lot sells out between order and dispatch we will assign the next released lot and send you its certificate of analysis before shipping; if that is not acceptable, tell us and we will cancel and refund in full.
5 · Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are the prices charged. Shipping is shown before the payment step and no further fees are added afterwards; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]; we do not receive or store your card details.
6 · Delivery, risk and title
Delivery times, rates and the returns window are set out in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes on delivery to the address you give us; title passes when we receive payment in full.

You may not administer these materials to humans or animals, resell or relabel them for any such use, represent them as medicines or supplements, or supply them to anyone who intends any of those things. Breach of this clause ends your right to buy from us and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
8 · Liability and governing law
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the material concerned, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
